Registration is now open for the Iroquoia Bruce Trail Club’s Annual General Meeting, taking place on
Saturday May 11th at:

St. James United Church
306 Parkside Dr. Waterdown, Ontario

We have an exciting event lined up for you. The day will include:

Morning AGM Hikes (Optional)

Option 1 – Cityview Park starting point (7km)
Option 2 – James United Church starting point (~10km)

1:30 Keynote Speaker – Mark Zelenski

Mark Zelinski trained as an artist and a designer, and graduated as the top student of OCAD in 1979. His diverse career as a professional photographer has taken him across 80 countries, with clients ranging from The National Film Board of Canada to Panasonic. He is also a publisher, writer, painter, filmmaker, Fellow of Royal Canadian Geographic Society, member of The Explorer’s Club, Board Member of UNESCO Niagara Escarpment Biosphere Network and winner of the Canadian Governor General’s Medal.
 
Zelinski’s lifelong appreciation of the UNESCO Niagara Escarpment Biosphere has inspired him to create his 10th coffee table book, a new 250-page edition featuring brilliant landscape, wildlife and cultural photographs of this unique landform, with emphasis on Niagara Peninsula, Saugeen Peninsula and Manitoulin Island.
 
Zelinski is best known for his “Books That Heal” initiative – donating 8,000 copies of his photography books to 100 worldwide charities. His internationally acclaimed photography books include forewords by HRH Prince Philip, The Honourable Lincoln Alexander, and The Right Honorable Justin Trudeau. www.MarkZelinski.com

Please specify if you are joining for just the AGM meeting or will join us for lunch as well. Note: A $15 donation for lunch per attendee is encouraged, either electronically through Zeffy (prefered) or in cash at the door.
