Fisher’s Pond Tallgrass Prairie Restoration :  11 acres of previous agriculture land was seeded with native tallgrass/meadow species in 2019. With several years of growth, the project is now ready for the next stage, a controlled burn. This controlled burn will take place on Wednesday, April 12th under the leadership of Lands and Forests Inc. This burn will work to emulate environmental conditions that are necessary for the health of this tallgrass restoration.
